Refund policy
If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry. We have a flexible returns policy and are very happy to help you choose something else, for advice email us at info@dancerunway.com or call 01202 549 949
We are happy to offer a refund/exchange on any full price items returned to us in the condition that you receive it - in it’s original packaging, with tags, unused, clean and free from odour, make-up or deodorant - within 28 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.
Sale items may be refunded within 14 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 14 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned for an exchange or credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 28 days of receipt of order with proof or purchase.
Faulty items may be returned at any time.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on underwear/hosiery.
Please note we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods are returned to Dance Runway at your own expense. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.
