Shipping policy

We deliver our parcels using Royal Mail and dispatch orders Tuesday-Friday. 

If you choose "Signed For" postage your parcel will require a signature on delivery. We recommend that you ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at your delivery address or have the parcel delivered to a work address.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel (e.g. should there be no-one present at the delivery address or to sign for the parcel), a card will be left with alternative collection details.

Once dispatched, orders should be with you within the Royal Mail specified times of 1-2 business day for 1st Class, and 3-4 business days for 2nd Class. This is not guaranteed!
 
Orders for delivery outside of the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and may take 7-10 working days to be delivered. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order as customers outside the EU might be subject to domestic import and duty taxes. Dance Runway cannot be held responsible for these charges. All goods sold on this website are excluding any import duties and/or taxes outside the EEC.
​You will be contacted by email and informed of any expected delays or out of stock issues.

We are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.

We cannot accept liability for late deliveries.We do not give postage refunds for late deliveries.

During sales or busy periods, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot always guarantee stock availability for sale products.
